The DON Small Business Office announced on 22 July 2005 that USMC, I&L has won the "Secretary's Award for the Department of Navy Outstanding Small Business Program for Fiscal Year 2004". The award is intended to recognize exemplary achievements in the utilization and support of small businesses.
