Command Warrior Workshops_____________________________________________________

The Commander's Warrior Workshop (CWW) - formerly known as the Ground Culture Assessment Tool and Ground Culture Workshop, assists the ground unit commander by identifying organizational strengths and potential hazards which are often the result of a unit's culture.

Each MEF uses their Marine Consultant trained in behavioral science techniques to coordinate and facilitate these workshops. The CWW require 2 - 1/2 days to complete per unit and is a supportive element of the Warrior Preservation Campaign.
